1. Drawing Review
We review material grade, tolerance, quantity, surface finish and inspection requirements before quoting.
2. Machining & Finishing
Parts are manufactured by CNC turning, CNC milling, mill-turn machining, polishing or passivation according to the approved drawings.
3. Inspection & Shipment
Key dimensions, threads, surface finish and appearance are checked before shipment. FAI, COC and material certificates are available when required.
For stainless steel CNC parts, Xintao focuses on dimensional accuracy, thread quality, surface finish, deburring and batch consistency. Each batch is inspected before shipment, with CMM inspection for key dimensions when required.
