Production time:
1. Sample: 5-7days
2. Small quantity (less than 1000pcs): 10-15days
3. Large quantity: according to the actual quantity
Shipping time:
Express: 5-7days from Dongguan to Europe, USA and other areas;
Air freight: 7-10days for transport to Europe and America.
Sea transport: generally about two months.
The actual transport time in accordance with the transport situation and the size of the goods, and the address of the consignee.
Cargo packaging is generally in accordance with the degree of vulnerability of the goods and the mode of transport, the number of small boxes of goods, the packaging method for the carton with corner protection; if the number of boxes of goods is more, the packaging method for the cardboard and cardboard boxes with corner protection.
If the product does not match the drawing, we will make it again for the customer or return it for repair without the need for the customer to bear the cost again.
If you receive damaged goods due to transportation, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. This is required by the goods insurance policy. Kindly provide a photo of the outer box with the label and the damaged item.
If it is a quality problem of the goods, please also contact us within one week, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
